| I tasted choclates with lemon basil ganache filling recently and would love to recreate them for the holidays. I think I'd have to infuse the heavy cream with basil but how much, how long, etc. Anyone with a sure-fire recipe they can share?
Thanks in advance. |

| I think I saw something like that on Food Nework. Might have been on the Iron Chef. You might check it out. I rember the lemon and basil combination. |

| Thanks, Marie. I checked it out but no luck. Sounds like the lemon-basil combination works for cooking, too. I'm going to keep searching for a dessert version. Happy Holidays! |
