| Quick and easy:
1(12 oz) pk butterscotch flavored chips 1/3c butter or marg. 2c gracham cracker crumbs 1c chopped nuts 1 (8oz) pk cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg Preheat oven to 350°. Melt chips and butter in saucepan; stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half into a greased 9x13" pan. Beat cheese til fluffy;beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into crust. Crumble remaining chip mixture over cream cheese layer and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool before cutting and refrigerate any leftovers. RL` From my Mt. Vernon cookbook |
