Crust:
3/4 c butter, softened
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 c flour
Filling:
10 oz pk Vanilla chips
1/4 c cream
8 oz pk cream cheese, softened
Assortment of fruit pieces-well drained
Topping:
1/4 c sugar
1T cornstarch
1/2c pineapple juice
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Mix flour and powdered sugar-cut in butter. Press into and up the sides of a 12" round pizza pan. Bake at 300 for 20 min or til lightly browned. Cool completely.
Melt chips in cream and beat in cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust and chill.
Prepare topping by combining sugar and cornstarch. Stir in juices and cook til thickened. Cool.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture and pour cooled topping over fruit. Serve at once.
Can make ahead up thru putting on fruit and have the topping ready to put on.
