RECIPE: Chocolate Drops

Part I
2 lbs. of powdered sugar
l can of sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand)
2 cans of flake coconut
l cup of chopped nuts
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 lbs. of margarine

Mix together well-
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnite.
Shape into small balls then refrigerate again to chill

Part II
3 packages of german chocolate
1/2 block of cake wax

Melt in double broiler
Stir until melted
Place toothpick in balls
Dip balls one at a time in chocolate mixture
Place balls on waxed paper to cool throughly
Take toothpicks out of balls

Store in covered container in refrigerator--Keeps for weeks.

Those sound yummy, but what is "cake wax"?

Cake wax is parrafin in a "cake".

I had heard of parrafin, but never heard it called "cake wax", that is what is great about this board, I learn something new every day!
