RECIPE: Simple fudge frosting

16 ounces of sour cream
12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt the chocolate chips, remove from heat, stir in the sour cream by hand, then frost your cake. This frosting firms up pretty fast, so don't make it until you are ready to frost.

Here is another easy and delicious Chocolate Frosting Recipe

1 6 oz. pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups un-sifted confectioners sugar

Combine in a med. saucepan, chocolate morsels, butter and cream. Stir over med heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. With wire whisk blend in 2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar. Turn into a bowl and place over ice. Beat until frosting holds its shape. Frost cake with a metal spatula. Refregerate 1 hr. before serving.
