RECIPE: Can I use powdered cream to make liquid cream?

| My recipe for ice cream calls for liquid cream. Can I use powdered cream (like for coffee) to make liquid cream or isn't this the same type of cream? |

| The front of the label probably says coffee creamer. When you look at the ingredients list, usually no dairy products are listed. CRieger |

Netrition makes a REAL powdered cream, buy I have used it only for coffee. You might give it a try if you want to avoid the
ingredients in the the subs. |
