RECIPE: Can I use powdered cream to make liquid cream?

My recipe for ice cream calls for liquid cream. Can I use powdered cream (like for coffee) to make liquid cream or isn't this the same type of cream?

I wouldn't. It's not the same thing at all.

The front of the label probably says coffee creamer. When you look at the ingredients list, usually no dairy products are listed.

Netrition makes a REAL powdered cream, buy I have used it only for coffee. You might give it a try if you want to avoid the
ingredients in the the subs.
