Does anyone have a tried and true dessert that incorporates tofu?

RE: RECIPE: Tofu desserts

Chocolate Tofu Pie
Its so good you won't know its tofu.Just don't tell anyone until they have tasted it.Its so simple you won't believe it.
I like to use firm rather than extra firm because it breaks up better. You need a food processor to break up the tofu into a smooth mixture.Use a chocolate cookie crumb prepared pie crust like the graham cracker kind from Keeblers and this is unbelievable.

Chocolate Tofu Pie
1-16oz.pkg. of firm tofu
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Blend tofu and sugar in food processor til smooth.Add cocoa and vanilla.Blend.
Pour into prepared pie crust.
Chill for at least 2 hours and serve. It can be topped with whipped cream but you really don't need it.
Enjoy!
