RECIPE: Can Sponge Cake Dessert Shells be Frozen?

Hi everyone,
I just bought some Sponge cake dessert shells. Can these be frozen in their origial state unfilled? If so should I put in a freezer bag? Thank you.

Yes. And I'd put them in a freezer bag or well wrap them.
