RECIPE: Sunset Watermelon Popsicles

These are my favorite new treat for summer. Simple and Delicious, I called them this because the colors remind me of a great sunset.

Sunset Watermelon Popsicles

3 cups pureed watermelon
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup sugar

Mix in a blender and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours (or more; depends on how cold your freezer is!)

Sounds very good, guess I'll have to fine some molds. Might also be good done in ice cube trays and used in a rum punch type of drink....
