| Kozy Shack gave me this great recipe! Took 10 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (4 oz.) Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding
1/4 cup of whipped topping
4 pieces of Ladyfingers
3/4 cup of brewed coffee or espresso
Garnish: dollop of whipped topping
1 whole fresh strawberry
1/2 teaspoon of chocolate shavings
Preparation:
Make mousse by folding whipped topping into Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding and hold. Break the ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Brew regular coffee and espresso for dipping of ladyfingers. Dip the ladyfingers in coffee, just to moisten. Arrange the ladyfingers (round side up) around perimeter of bowl. Spoon mousse into center. Garnish with dollop of whipped topping, strawberry, and chocolate shavings.
