RECIPE: Banana Cream Pie

Try this delicious Banana Cream Pie recipe:

* 1 1/2 C. milk
* 7 level Tbs. flour
* 3 Tbs. butter
* 2 egg yolks
* 2 Tbs. sugar
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 2 bananas


Cream flour and butter over heat, and add milk gradually. Cook until thick. Then pour in beaten egg yolks, add sugar and vanilla. Fold in sliced bananas and pour into baked pie crust. Cover with meringue made of remaining 2 egg whites and a little sugar beaten stiff. Put in oven until meringue is a golden brown. Cool and serve.

Wow that seems really tasty, Thank you for the recipe, However banana generally have good amount of calories and it helps us to gain energy instantaneously...
