| I have been making lemon meringue pie for years but no matter what recipe I use - it gets a watery juice after refrigeration. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks, Debbie (I'm new here) |

| Debbie, According to Baking 911.com, Lemon Meringue Pies were originally meant to be eaten quickly and not refrigerated. There is some information on their website as well as some more on this other website about weeping Meringue. Ann |
