LOOKING for: Help with Lemon Pie

Posted by LIDebbie (My Page) on

I have been making lemon meringue pie for years but no matter what recipe I use - it gets a watery juice after refrigeration. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks, Debbie (I'm new here)

According to Baking, Lemon Meringue Pies were originally meant to be eaten quickly and not refrigerated. There is some information on their website as well as some more on this other website about weeping Meringue.
