Thought this would be fun to bring into the office; it was a huge hit.

The combination seems unlikely, but it really was very good.

I used fresh blueberries, fresh sliced strawberries, sliced bananas and halved seedless grapes.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Fruit Pizza

Premade cookie dough

8 ounces Cream cheese

1/4 Cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Minced zest of one lemon

1/2 Cup Orange marmalade

1 Tablespoon Water

Strawberries

Blueberries

Raspberries

Peaches

Bananas

Preheat oven to 350°

Press dough into ungreased pizza pan

Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned; cool.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until light and fluffy

Spread on cooled crust

Arrange desired fruit on top of filling.

Heat marmelade and water; stirring to combine

Glaze fruit with marmelade mixture.
