I am looking for an easy fudge recipe that calls for icing and something else done in the microwave.

One can cream cheese frosting, one pkg. chocolate chips
melted in microwave and poured into buttered dish. You can add nuts if desired. This couldn't be easier and disappears
fast when the family is here.

1 can of Eagle Brand (sweet) condensed milk
18 oz of chocolate chips
Melt this very low heat on the stove top
Remove add 1 tesp vanilla (real)
Add 1 cup of chopped pecans and mix well
Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan and put into the frige to cool.
yum yum
This always is gone first at work at Christmas time

I have used the recipe that Linda posted and it is fool proof. I have also used a can of vanilla icing and jar of peanut butter too. You have to put it in the fridge but it is good. You can add nuts if you like.
