*1c oats (rolled)*1 c. flour,*1/2 cup butter,(!)*1 cup sugar*pinch salt
1/2 of mix 'patted' on bottem of 9x13 pan..filled with 4 c cherries,tapioca flour,almond extract
with rest of crumb mixture patted on top and baked in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
mmmm.but now am on a more fat-restricted/sugar restricted diet.
i am not good at substituting.
can i get the same result with half the butter and half (or more) the sugar!
any other recipes for cherry crumble or cherry crunch would be appreciated.thanksalice
