RECIPE: experimenting with puddings. . .

My mom left behind dozens of boxes of pudding, and I've just now gotten 'round to using them, much to my family's delight: [It's fun to name them, too!]

CREAMY BANANA FINGERS
2 3oz boxes instant banana cream pudding
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk
1 banana, squished

Using a hand mixer, beat the fire out of all the above.
For CRUST
5 mini ButterFingers [pkg of 10/$1 @ Dollar Tree]
12 vanilla wafers
1 T butter, softened
Chop candy and wafers in your favorite chopper; add butter and blend w/ fingers; put in sprayed pie pan or square pyrex dish. Pour banana cream mixture onto crust. For
TOPPING
Chop the other 5 butter fingers in chopper; sprinkle over banana cream mixture; chill.

JUNIORY MINTY-MOCHA-EY CHOCOLATEY GOOEY

2 3 oz pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk
2 T. mocha-mint coffee powder [opt.]
10 pkg. mini-junior mints, melted [pkg of 10/$1 @ $Tree]
20 chocolate wafers
Whipped topping
Melt junior mints however you melt chocolate. I used a double boiler b/c I got one for Christmas :O)
Combine all ingredients except wafers. Spray bowl and try your hand [and your patience] at making them climb up the inside of bowl, one at a time. Then v-e-w-w-y carefully, pour pudding mixture into wafer-bowl. Add Cool-Whip now or when ready to serve.
