I wanted to share with you a new website that I found - it really does have great recipes; especially desserts. They all seem to be family recipes submitted from people across the country. It's called Recipes From The Home and you can visit the site at www.recipesfromthehome.com |

| My mom posted one of her favorites on that site... 2-Layer Pumpkin Pie * 3 oz. package cream cheese, softeneed Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp half and half or milk, and sugar with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stire in cool whip. Spread mixture on bottom of pie crust. Pour 1 cup half and half or milk into bowl. Add pudding. Beat until blended. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir in pumpkin and spices. Mix well. Spread mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream. |
