| I am entering a cake contest at our clubhouse dinner party on Sat evening. I'm planning on baking (2) 4" layers of 2 kinds of cake-a hot milk cake and my Black Magic cake, then alternate them. As I like to experiment with flavors-I would like to make a milk chocolate frosting with orange peel & a little OJ in it. Does anyone have a recipe for a choc icing that uses melted milk choc hershey bars? Also-I have a recipe for a pistachio filling which I thought might be deliciously different between the layers. I'm calling this my "Night & Day" cake. |

| There's one below. I haven't made it but I've had icing made with evaporated milk & it was good. The pistachio filling sounds great. |
Here is a link that might be useful: Hershey icing
