| I need to bake a birthday cake for this weekend. He has requested chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and I've got the cake covered, but does anyone have a good recipe for chocolate frosting?
Thanks,

| If you have a candy thermometer this frosting from the Wellesley Fudge Cake is very good: 1 1/2 cups milk 4 cups sugar 4 tsp light Karo Four 1 oz squares unsweetened chocolate Pinch of salt 1/4 cup butter or margarine 2 tsp vanilla In a saucepan heat the milk just to boiling. Remove from the heat & add the sugar, corn syrup, chocolate & salt, stirring until the sugar dissolves. |

| Thank you ladies!! I'm going to save all of them, but will use Becky's today -- don't have unsweetened chocolate on hand and too lazy to go to the grocery store for one item. Thanks again!! Janet |
