I just got 5 one lb. boxes of matzo free with my $50.00 food order, and have no idea how to use them. Was wondering if they could be used as pie crust, or in some kind of dessert? Any suggestions most welcomed, thanks.

And here's a web site full of recipes. For farfel and matzo meal you will need to crush it fine in a blender...like graham cracker crumbs. Linda C

Cindy, I made meringue cookies last night and froze them for our Passover dinner. They were fun to make and our cookers here on the forum say they store well too. They are very decorative and will be served with sherbert. Happy Passover!
