Most people probably already have this, however it is always a hit:

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

1½ cups broken pretzels
3 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter; melted
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese; softened
8 oz. Cool Whip; thawed
½ cup sugar
1 large box strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
20 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries

Combine pretzels, sugar and belted butter. Press into bottom of 9X13X2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool completely. Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread on pretzel layer; chill. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add fruit. Stir until fruit thaws and separates. Chill 5 minutes to mound consistency. Spread on chilled cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until firm.
