| Applesauce Cake
1 c sugar
Cream sugar and butter. Add egg. Sift flour with baking powder, cinnamon, salt and cloves. Alternately add flour and applesauce to mixture. Fold in raisins. Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done according to toothpick test. |
