I am hosting a baby shower this Saturday. We want to have a chocolate fondue. Does anyone have a recipe? Thank you!

Chocolate Fondue

16 ounces chocolate (semisweet or dark)
½ pint (1 cup) whipping cream
½ cup caramel topping (Smuckers)
3 Tbsp Torani hazelnut syrup or favorite liqueur (Amaretto, Frangelico, Grand Marnier or Cabernet Sauvignon wine)
¼ cup finely chopped hazelnuts or almonds (optional)

Place all ingredients in ceramic fondue pot over low heat. Stir constantly until mixture is melted and smooth. Do not allow to bubble. Serve with salted pretzel sticks, cubed pound cake, biscotti bits, sliced bananas, stem strawberries, orange sections, fresh diced pineapple, cherries, apples, grapes, and marshmallows.

Note: Add the liqueur gradually to your taste.

I love this recipe, it is a classic swiss chocolate fondue. Easy to make and the kids love it. It also comes in a printable adobe pdf format.

Here is a link that might be useful: Swiss chocolate fondue from Google base
