LOOKING for: Peanut butter cookies

Posted by sackpac (My Page) on

I recently had the best peanut butter cookies at, of all places, a furniture store. They weren't flattened out at all and were just as high as they were wide. They are also soft and creamy. I've tried many recipes since but most flatten when I cook them and don't retain the right shape. Does anyone have a super tasting peanut butter cookie recipe that retains it's shape? Thanks much!

Most of the reviews on this one suggest using 1 cup of peanut butter instead of the 1/2 cup called for. They all said they were good & soft that way.

Here is a link that might be useful: Peanut Butter Cookies
