| I am looking for a recipe from about 30 or so years ago from either Bon Appetit or Gourmet magazine. It is an English Cheddar Cheesecake in a zwieback crust, and one of the ingredients is beer. Can anyone help?? I lost it somewhere during a move. Thanks. |
