LOOKING for: Looking for: violet (Violetta) hard candy

Bought a box of these - "Violetta" - in Madrid several years ago; they were in many places. They're about the size of a penny, in width,lilac in color, and were most unique and delicious. Have done a search for either a recipe or finding them to order and have had no luck. Anyone got a recipe or suggestion? TIA

Have you tried the Vermont Country Store? They carry a lot of hard to find items.

Wow - I haven't thought about those violet candies in YEARS!

I don't think these are exactly the same, but they might be similar enough to make do....
