Kelburn Castle gets a makeover.

I think this is one of the brashest "makeovers" I've ever seen! Call it Scots on crack, but at least it's not meant to last. Very interesting collaboration between Brazilian graffiti artists and Scottish nobility. Imagine the consternation if something like this popped up in your neighborhood!

We were in Glasgow in Sept. Wish I had know this, it would have been fun to see!

What a great opportunity to show off street art. I'll bet the locals have complained like mad and yet, will probably miss the art when it's gone.

Apparently the Duke is devastated that it must be removed. The family is promising a substitute of some kind - lighting was mentioned - to continue interest in the castle.
