Your best bet is to have them custom made. You could start by going to fabric stores and looking at their swatches. Or find someone in your area who makes drapes and tell him or your your color theme.

Otherwise you are going to spend countless hours and gallons of gas driving to stores looking for what you want.

That really covers a lot of territory...do you want something modern? bold? floral? striped? paisley?

Maybe make an apptmt with Smith and Noble and they will come out with swatches and make you some drapes.

Many fabric stores will also do custom drapery treatments.

Or check out the usual suspects...jcpenney, overstock, country curtains....
