Scale of picture to table

I have a sofa table in my entry way and the picture above it I love. It's about 40" long by 12" in height. I was thinking of getting a smaller half moon entry table and putting the sofa table behind the sofa. But I love this picture and want to keep it in the entryway. Will it look off if it's larger (longer) than the table? Thank you for your opinions.

I think it would look off with the smaller table, but why not try it? Both tables should be pretty easy to move around if you want to see. You could even take pics and post them. I guarantee you will get opinions! Ã°ÂÂÂ

I think Beverly proved the table is wrong, but if you don't want another, bigger table there, what about a long floating shelf in proportion to the picture?
