I'd go bigger, esp with the shutters. The copper looks pretty.

I agree, I think that the size of the 48" would fit better. And I love the Lena window box.

They're too narrow so get the Lena (beautiful) in the 48, they will look fantastic.

Such a pretty house! I love flowers and window boxes and would usually vote for the biggest possible option, but there's something very sweet about your current boxes that sit right under the window. I'm sure the Lenas will look wonderful but, just because every poll needs a dissenting voice, I'll vote to keep the current and very charming window boxes.

You can't go wider than the window and what I see is they are perfect. If they cover the shutters than the shutters would not function--and even if they are not functional the idea is that they LOOK functional. Do they come FATTER as it were? I can see how you might want then to be a bigger presence on the window..perhaps that is accomplished by what you put in the boxes?

I think either one will work.....the eye will go to the colorful flowers.

I think the ones you have will work fine.. They will look bigger once they are planted.
