Thanks, Annie. I had found that gallery. My friend isn't in a position to purchase original art. She has seen it as a print and was hoping to purchase a print for her home.

I like that, yaya, even though it isn't the same. I'll pass it along to my friend. She guessed that the one she saw was about 18 x 24. The ebay picture is only 13 x 17 (according to Google converting cm to inches for me).

I've been looking on art.com to see if I can find her a print with the same feeling/atmosphere. No luck so far. Can anyone recommend other websites for interesting prints?

Interesting image. To me it seems sad, like an abandoned place. To my sister it seems hopeful like waiting to be lived in. To my mother it seems peaceful, a place of reflection. My eye goes right to the X at the back wall. I'd find someone to paint a copy. Real pigments on real watercolor paper have a richness and sparkle you never get in a print.

LucyStar! I got lost in the website you linked...in a good way. I had a serious case of art-ADD. I was flitting from one place to another; from one style to another; from one artist to another. Didn't find the picture from my original post, but I did find lots of other things!
