Very cool and steampunky with those rivets. And, yes, you do have an artistic hand and great penmanship.

When I get home I'll take a pic. We are away for the weekend. I've relocated the cork board to the side of my wall oven, which is directly across from the chalk board. It's just not facing the rest of the house. It's all still there, but no longer an eyesore.

Now that is a wonderful idea- and I love that you still have all the stuff.
When we recently changed out our 15 year old dead fridge that was covered with magnets and photos------for a stainless(magnets don't work)- of course if made me toss lots of stuff that had grown there (old photos, papers, etc).... and the remaining magnets of helpful phone #s and ads- I decided to relocate to the side of my washing machine in the laundry room. I definitely culled the accumulation, but still have some handy dandy magnets out of harms way.
