My understanding is that if you buy it at the store you need to return it to the store yourself. But if you buy it online they will pick it up.

We returned two mattresses from Costco. The first was memory foam when they first came out. After a few months we were both sleeping in deep depressions. The second was several years later canâÂÂt remember the brand of the mattress but we bought one as did our neighbor. We both returned them after a couple of months. Both time we had to take them back it was a pain with the memory foam because they are so heavy but we got our money back no questions ask.
