I have done a rough mockup of what our new home entry will sort of look like. Ignore the size of the trim and the color. On the right is a window and on the left is a closet that will have a glass door that is frosted. I have inserted the light fixture we bought. I do not think the inserted photo does it justice. Not sure what rug or side table etc I will use. I am just curious if sconces are needed. I have what was available to use in homestyler, so these would not be the sconces used.

Input? Ideas? I am wide open! Our front door IS mahogany. So I would likely keep it unpainted on the interior. Figured I would use a mahogany glass door for the small coat closet. Also, thought maybe using the same trim around doors and windows and creamy white on the baseboards. The rest of the home will have white windows, doors and trim. I thought maybe since this is the entry I could have it look a bit different.
