Some recent classy, but brassy, eBay finds!

But after seeing Faron's store, I want to slink off and hide. WHAT a place!

Since I can't shop there, I'm sticking to eBay. You may remember my recent brass faux bamboo 1970's coffee table find (sounds icky when I describe it like that, but it's nice). I won this similar, but not 'matchy matchy' side table last night. 23" tall, 22" x 16".

Before I left for OH on my business trip last week, I won this 'Old French brass lined wormwood bowl'. It's about 8.5" high by 9" around. Isn't it beautiful? It's not staying on the radiator, as shown in the first pic, but it was the best spot to photograph it this AM. I cleaned the dust and dirt off it and love the warmth of that wood.

And, I watched this for ages and finally bought it last night for $9.99. It's from a seller who has a lot of 'Hollywood' memorabilia, and he says it's from a Disney prop studio. Whether it is or not doesn't matter. It's a solid brass lion lamp and I'm a 'Leo'. It's about 11" high to the cup holding the 'candle' and looks about the same height above. With a nice shade....Simba will roar! And he was very inexpensive. Photo from auction.

Nice finds again, even though I cannot see the last one.
Love the bowl. I see you have oranges and lemons studded with cloves. Does this work as a fragrance thing.

I'm a huge sucker for faux bamboo, I really love that table. That bowl is nothing short of amazing!!!

I can't see the last picture, it's saying moved or deleted. Your other two wins are fabulous though, congrats!

Wonderful finds. I'm a huge fan of Ebay. I've even bought two cars there with wonderful results and saved more than 8000.00

The end table will go wonderfully with your coffee table. You're planning on using them in the same room, I take it?
The wormwood bowl is gorgeous and very unusual. Love how you've displayed it with the studded oranges.
As for the lamp, I can't see it, but will anxiously be watching for a pic of it once it gets to your place.

If you can't see the lamp pic, like I can on all of these posts, I'm so sorry. I copied it just as I did the bamboo table one, and it's only the lamp shot that is giving me trouble.

The seller of the wooden bowl is 'lepetitgarage' !

WOW - my3dogs (I have 3 dogs, too) You are way tooo good at this. What awesome finds, all of them. Both my DH & I are leo's , too.
You could so go into business with this ebay & CL stuff. I would pay you to keep my house in mind while you shop!! Give you a finders fee. I am only half kidding here:)

Great finds. I had that bowl on my watch list for like 2 weeks.. I don't know why I didn't bid LOL. It's gorgeous!
I LOVE love the table too.. isn't that style called chinese chippendale? Or something like that? It's all beautiful. I have some recent finds too .. thrift store. I'll post them tomorrow :) An awesome dog print for $5.35 lol
