Why would you want to search someone else's Ideabooks? Wouldn't you just do a search on the large public photo database?

Yes, I think they changed the wording in the past week to stories on their website. On the ipad app, you can still do searches on ideabooks (articles)

oh, but sometimes the ideabooks are the best part. Not necessarily people's random books, but the ones that are like curated collections, highlighting a specific problem/house/piece of furniture, etc. Similar to Pinterest's "boards" although usually much smaller. I was looking for ideabooks on DIY headboards.
