I saw a chair on Craigslist that I liked, and based on the photo I figured I`d most likely paint or slipcover the fabric so it`d go in my family room.

IRL the color is much different, in fact its extremely close to the colors in the room. Up against the drapes its a perfect match, but agsinst the wall its just a bit too blue-like just a shade off (the walls are green with cool undertones).

I put a throw pillow on the chair that pulls it closer together, but the chair is not suitable for a pillow.

Would the shade being off just a touch be an issue for you? Should I go thru the expense of recovering? The chair was very inexpensive but good quality. Or should I keep it as is and maybe add a coordinating throw?
