It's maddening.

Is the living room in the bathroom or is the bathroom in the living room?! That teal (?) bedroom about knocked me out. I think I'd pass on most of those.

I'm using those Social Brights in my living room already--I emptied a bag of Skittles into the candy dish last night.

The ceiling is yellow and I love it. The house is over 100 years old and it just feels right. You either love color or don't...while I like to look at all white rooms I just could not live with it or with pastels.

To many, these colors look great because they're limited to a viewing on your computer screen or a paint chip. I love colors! But I love them at a glance, in small amounts, where I say, "oooohh... that's so pretty!"

I could not, though, live each day with such strong colors surrounding me on my walls. I've tried. If I find a color that I just love, I go out and find a coffee cup or other such trinket that has it. That satisfies my need. (That, or my flower garden--I love a fresh bouquet from my cutting garden.)

Lighting is everything :)

Many of the colors are wonderful but yeah, lighting helps. As does having all of the accessories in place, etc. It is not just the color, it is a complete room.

I love bold, bright colors. But I wasn't really feeling any of these. Those frosted pastels were especially sickly sweet.
