| I suppose I've chosen Stonington Gray for my kitchen, breakfast area and sunroom. (I say this because the painter is calling me in 5 hours for my decision).
There is a mudroom, laundry room and powder room next to this soon-to-be Stonington space. Not loving the BM recommendations for complimentary colours. Anyone have a couple of good colours that would look nice next to my chosen one? Thank you!! |

| Stonington gray is so neutral, almost any other colors will go with it. It does have a greenish undertone so keep that in mind.
If you can brighten it up with the popular gray/yellow combo with weston flax Give it a little more warmth with a hint of pink in sheraton beige Or go with a blue shade like colorado gray |

In the powder room, if you want some drama, I'd go with cranberry cocktail. Gray and craberry are one of my favorite color combos. ![]() |

| ...or pull some accent color(s) from the surrounding spaces. Is there an accent color from your kitchen that you could pull into the mudroom, for example? I wouldn't just pull random colors out of the paint deck. I do love a pale pinky-peachy color for a powder room, though. It is very hard to make recommendations without knowing what your flooring, lighting, or furnishings are like. |

| Make sure you like the green undertone -- it really comes out when next to those other colors Annie posted -- anything with yellow. What are the colors you like? I'd make sure you pick a shade that goes with those. Have you see the Stonington Gray in your house? Do you need to see a sample? You don't sound sold. |
