New Neutral Sofa Wanted

My DH said "we need a new sofa" so I'm jumping on it before he has a change of mind :)

Actually, he's right. Ours is pretty shabby. I want a neutral color and I'm thinking a light oatmeal or lighter. Actually, I'm open to any neutral, solid color. I have no idea what type of fabric will wear and clean well. Anyone have any suggestions or pictures? I'm going to NC (just a 50 min drive) and then I will probably order locally.

I would look for something that you can get in Crypton or Crypton Greenguard fabric.
