I hope you can, because I am doing this. Our door hardware is antique brass, our light fixture is bronze (if I'm remembering correctly) and the faucets and towel hardware are chrome. I think that as long as they aren't right next to each other, you will be fine. If you look at homes that aren't "brand new" you see this all the time. I think it is more of a custom look.
