Has anyone ordered from Area Rugs Club?

| I found an area rug I have been stalking on another site at www.arearugsclub.com. The price is MUCH better at Area Rugs Club. Since I had never heard of this company before I called their 1-800 number a few days ago just to check them out. I left a message but haven't received a return call. The website has some basic security features for online purchases(GeoTrust, Authorize.net I think it's called) but I'm still not sure.
Has anyone heard of this company before or ordered from them?
