What do you think of this lamp?

Any idea what kind of finish may be on it?

I think it's a bronze finish. As for the what do I think of it? I think - yawn. There's nothing special about it, lamp, shade, or finial.

It's a lamp that I've seen in Home Goods etc. This one may be more expensive but they all give a nice traditional look, the finish is oil rubbed bronze.

I have a Stiffel lamp just like that in storage. It is brass with an antiqued finish on it (I mean mine) and it looks like it. I bought it in 1979 (I think) and it was quite expensive at the time. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't. Everything above $100 was expensive at the time.

I like the darker shade with it. Might look pretty in contrast with greys around to make it pop more

It does look like a Stiffel. Several months ago I purchased a Stiffel floor lamp. Very nice quality and the best part is they are still USA made.
