Some Beauties for You -- and One Oddball

We've been traveling a lot lately, and here are some houses I photographed on our trips. The first three are in California. House #3, the oddball, is surely a reject from Disneyland! The remainder are in a beautiful neighborhood we stumbled upon in Kansas City, MO.

Slideshow in link below.

Hope you enjoy!

Marvelous! I love all those houses with the huge porches. Hope the person who wanted to add that white decorative trim to his/her upstairs and downstairs porches looks at the ones you posted and refrains from changing his wonderful house!

Thanks for the eye candy~a few of them were a little on the weird side.

You would love the houses in Austin. Most are beautiful Texas limestone or brick. Not too much stucco, occasionally in a French style.;o)

LOL, homemaker! Actually, it has nice windows and it's about 200 yards from the California coast. The location is spectacular.

I am intrigued by the oddball one, actually. I would like to understand what is behind it.
