Anyone seen Armstrong American Scrape in person

I'm looking at Armstrong American Scrape Hardwood flooring in the color River House. It's on the dark side, but not too dark, and there are some lighter areas running through it. I do want it to have some variation of color and not be flat, but I'm wondering how prominent the lighter colors will look when the entire floor is laid out. Armstrong does not really have any good pics of it online. I have a good size sample, but it's still hard to tell. Wondering if anyone has actually seen this done in a room/house in person. Thank you.

Hello, just a shot in the dark as I know this post is over 2 years old, but did you go with the Armstrong flooring in River House? I'm interested in how it is holding up if so. I have 3 medium sized dogs and want a floor that can reasonably withstand them. My 2'x2' sample of this floor performed the best when I tried to mark it up with dogs playing tug of war on it. Thanks!

We are installing it in the Gold Rush color in our new construction. This is a picture in the model home.

I have a sample in smokehouse at my house right now. How shiny is the finish? I love the texture and character, but was hoping for more of a matte finish to hide dust better. It seems to have quite a bit of shine to it.

Has your flooring been installed? My husband and I are in love with the American Scrape Gold Rush, but are very nervous that it's too distressed. We've read some bad reviews and don't know what to do! The picture of the model home looks PERFECT... but I'm wondering if they chose each piece and threw out the damaged ones or the shorter ones to achieve the desired look. If you read this, please let me know how yours turned out... pics would be amazing. Thank you so much!!!

Unfortunately we haven't moved in yet so no pictures. Hopefully within the next two months.

I did my entire house with this and the floor is bullet proof. I have a huge 100 lb dog and even though it does scratch you can’t see it. These are beautiful floors.

Shot in the dark so I hope this question gets to you. Have you noticed any bowing in your floors? I have picked this out also but contractor is telling me that could be a problem
