I'd try Mexican blown glass pendant/lamp, or Spanish blown glass pendant/lamp. Try also hand blown, or handblown.

this came up when I googled Moroccan pendant light. Currey and Co has this and some others similar.

Those are gorgeous! I also recall the term 'honeycomb' as a common description for that glass style when I was pendant hunting.

I have one like this in a box in the basement. Looks like a watermelon to me. Came with my previous house. sorry if this isn't helpful.
