Does anyone have RH Estate Collection double drapery rod kits?

If so, Can you tell me how high on the wall they can be installed?
Its hard to see from the pics, whether the screws go in from the top or are a hidden installation. If its from the top, there might not be enough space to use a screwdriver to install high up on wall. I'm ordering into Canada so don't want an expensive mistake! (or my husband getting mad at me for wanting something impossible.)

If you call RH, there is a special department you can speak to who specialize in all of the window treatments. They are super helpful, and if you need it, RH will even come to your house, do all the measuring and install for you. (For a fee, obviously.) I'm sure it is only available in certain areas though, so I don't know if they cover the area where you live. Good luck with your project!
