I have no idea, but I just had to laugh at your post. I feel your pain! LOL

But, the painters started about 2 hours ago, and I'm already feeling relieved that those decisions are made! (Let's hope I'm happy with them.) ;-)

lisa, I was searching the forums for photo's of Soft Fern or Paris Rain. I'm going to get samples tomorrow and hopefully I can make a choice. It's only those 2 and 12 others. Ugh!!!

Do you have samples of those two?

Looking at the fan decks, I think Paris Rain is the more neutral of the two. It seems a little more gray-green, while Soft Fern is more yellow-green.

I just painted my bedroom BM Creekside Green and it is beautiful.

Here is BM Wethersfield Moss-it is really a beautiful green.

So sorry! I thought you were looking for examples of BM greens! That's what happens when you don't read the WHOLE sentence!

Finally, a paint question I can actually answer!

BM Paris Rain is the more neutral, IMO, and I tried both. My LR is Paris Rain and I love it. It reads a soft gray/green to me. I've been complimented on painting it "such a warm gray" though!

I used BM Gray Wisp (aka Restoration Hardware Silver Sage) mixed at 50% intensity, with a white base. Here is my living room:

My problem is I am so color-phobic that I think it is a bit too dark, though nobody else does! I'm very pleased with how this color makes my white woodwork trim pop but still wish I could have a lighter shade with the same contrast. Oh well...

We just finished painting our guest room in Wethersfield Moss, and it's a gorgeous color. Very rich. The room isn't ready for photos, but it does read deeper in tone than what my monitor shows for Shelfish's beautiful space. We're delighted with it.

B/M Paris Rain - looks different depending on the day and which corner of the room. I love it - very livable - a color and a neutral all in one. This is all the same room.
