My home has a fairly open floor plan - the majority is painted Quitetude - which reads more blue than blue-green. My MB is painted EK ( a gold paint color). It is her remake of the old Tobacco Road.

From my laundry room you can see the Quietude and the EK gold paint - I was thinking to paint my laundry room a pretty/lively green. The floor is a neutral beige, white cabinets and cream trim. The small counter space is a beige and green formica.

I orignally wanted to wall paper the room, but every wall has "something" on it and I thought using paper would make it too choppy.

SHould I think about painting my cabinets cream to match my trim, even though my W&D are white?

Should I even go with a green? or just a different shade of blue? Maybe something lighter than Quietude?
