Your canvas photos are beautiful! The colors just pop!

However I think it looks too busy on the fireplace. There's too much going on with the shape, texture and color variation with the brick and the other items on the mantel. Everything seems to compete with the canvas prints. Love the colored glassware too. If it was just one big print that might be ok, but with the three, you need a place that puts the focus on the pictures.

They look like they could just fly right off the canvases! Lovely pics!

As an alternate for your lovely photos, consider running them through an app called Waterlogue and turn your photo into a watercolor painting. Then simply print it on watercolor paper or canvas.

Thanks everyone for the compliments! I didn't intend for them to just lean on the mantle - I wanted to hang them but as I said, hubs didn't want them damaged by the heat of the fireplace and since I still have several more to do, I need to find a larger place.

Hilltop, I usually have a mixture of glassware and candles on the mantle. I left the glassware that complimented the pictures since they were solid in color but clear glass.

Beverly, that is a neat idea - certainly looks different than the actual photos, interesting affect.
